Two posters regarding the work done in the last months of the project were presented in the 14th Panhellenic Conference of the Greek Society of Agricultural Engineers - EGME which took place in Volos, Greece on October 21 & 22, 2025.
The Conference aimed to highlight the ways in which cutting-edge technologies, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, big data analysis, digital and robotic systems, remote sensing, drones, etc. are integrated into and advance a range of classic agricultural engineering subjects such as agricultural machinery and agricultural structures, the mechanization of agriculture, the sustainable management and utilization of soil and water resources and energy, the storage, transportation and processing of agricultural products, and many others, so that they can meet and adapt to modern requirements for adequate, safe, and healthy food and goods, conservation of natural resources, environmental protection, and adaptation to changing climatic conditions.
